Verdant products are released in limited quantities and runs may sell out or be discontinued without notice.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities per customer, and correct pricing or listing errors even after an order has been placed. If we cancel or modify your order, we'll attempt to notify you at the email or phone number provided at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information, including a valid shipping address and payment details, so we can fulfill and communicate about your order.

3. REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any order.
If we made a mistake on our end — wrong item, sizing error caused by us, or a defective piece — contact us at support@verdant.la within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
We are unable to cancel or edit an order (including shipping address) once it has been submitted, so please double-check everything at checkout before completing your purchase.
4. SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING
Orders are processed and shipped in the order they're received. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout — we're unable to make changes once an order is submitted.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US)
Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes charged by the destination country — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order or shipping total. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Verdant is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they've been marked delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows an issue in transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier. Contact us at support@verdant.la if you need help.
